How long does it take to process my order?
We process all online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them as soon as possible.
What are your shipping options and rates?
We ship all orders via USPS with the following options:
Ground Shipping – $9.95 (Delivery in 3-4 business days)
Priority Shipping – $20 (Delivery in 1-2 business days)
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from mintdowntowntupelo@gmail.com with a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Mint Downtown Tupelo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by USPS.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, check with your local post office first.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Where do you ship?
We ship in the United States. We are always looking to expand, send us a message if you want Mint Downtown in your country.
Can I change my order?
As soon as your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Please reach out so we can make an exchange or return!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges if the item is received back within 10 days of the purchase date.
How will I receive my store credit?
Store credit is issued as an e-gift card sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is valid for one year from the date of return.
Do you offer refunds to the original payment method?
No, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit or an exchange is provided for eligible returns.
What items are not eligible for return?
The following final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Jewelry, accessories, and handbags
Sale items, promotions, and flash sale discounts
Any item discounted 30% or more
What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Returns arriving after 10 days or showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
How do I return an item?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If mailing a return, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your return for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.
